HSE Coordinator
Description:
This role exists within our operation in Offshore West Java. Rotational working schedule to our site in Offshore West Java may be applied.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Coordinate the implementation of HSE programs
• Supervise and monitor contractors' HSE performance working under his area of authority to ensure they perform as per the HSE Plan. Ensure CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) Implementation of all contracts
• Comply with Company HSE Management System to ensure a safe operation
• Actively participate in the development of HSE management system, Contractor Safety Management System, etc.
• Provide on time and accurate recommendations, advisory services, coaching, professional guidance in achieving the Group HSSE expectation, legal compliance and other requirement especially to the line management in Java Performance Unit to accomplish the HSE goals
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in any engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Full understanding of HSE management system requirements, HSE technical skills and specific regulatory
• Proven track record of leadership, networking and influencing skills
• Good communication in English (verbal and written)
