Training and Development of Cabin Crew
Description of work:

Department: Dragonair Service Board
Reports to: Chief of Onboard Services and Operations

The position holder is responsible for the development of our education and training strategy and implementation, and improvement in all areas related to flight attendant training and development to meet the high standards of service quality KA.

He/She leading to change and manage a dedicated and experienced team to plan a sound education and training, the training needs of current operational requirements and evolving to develop and implement a flexible structure to facilitate internal efficiency.

As an experienced instructor / trainer, he / she will bring new ways to develop soft and hard skills of our team.

Your tasks:

Manage the training function, while the cabin crew and Development (CSTD) to provide relevant information to current and CCTD / Department of-flight (ISD) and other departments to make recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage the development and CCTC cabin crew, so it is aligned with the overall strategy for staff development of KA
Overseeing the management of multiple projects in the CSTD website profitable, logical and economically beneficial to other sections and departments
Keep informed about the latest developments in human resources and training trends in the airline, industrial development and to ensure that products CSTD and activities are aligned with the Strategy Department, Division, and the company
Coordinate workshops to meet staff cabin service delivery to improve or exceed customer expectations
Development and implementation of training strategies, programs and events based on knowledge of identified training needs and requirements
Records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate the performance of trainers, monitoring the progress of students and lawyers, if
Cooperation and communication with all relevant units and heads of department in the various departments to identify training needs
Ensuring the integrity of the political and security procedures Dragonair cabin is maintained at all times
Implementation and monitoring of safety and quality activities and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with all legal requirements approved, standards and organizational procedures
Evaluate and verify on-board training meet regularly to ensure that programs and business needs of students
Manage the provision of training to external agents, which is consistent with the overall strategy of KA

Job Requirements:

Tertiary education with a degree in
At least 10 years of solid training / experience is an asset, the knowledge of the airline
Leadership skills, strong leadership, teamwork, cross section, planning and communication
To interact with good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
Excellent oral and written English and Chinese. Speak Mandarin is an advantage
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The successful candidate will be from Cathay Pacific and Dragonair are said to rent.
