1. SR. PROJECT MANAGER (SPM) & PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Having Bachelor/Master degree from a reputable university majoring (preferably) in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering.
Mature (age; 30-40), Self-starter, self-motivated and result-oriented; good interpersonal & communication skills; able to work independently and at the same time, be a good team player.
At least 3 years experience (PM) and more than 5 years experience (SPM) in project/software implementation as a Project Manager in the business integration with proven organization and prioritization skill; strong knowledge in project management methodology.
Hands on experience in ERP implementation at external clients companies.

2. POWER BUILDER PROGRAMMER (PB)
-Having a bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electrical Eng/Inf Eng/Inf System
-Mature (age between 25-30 years)
-Min. 1 Year Experience in the same position (PB)
-Having Previous hands-on experience in developing client side components for 3-tier web based application, Power Builder, C#, J2EE, XML, RDBMS is preferable
-Having excellent communication skills is a must; driven, self-motivated, result oriented and a good team-player

3. J2EE DEVELOPER (Dev)/WEB DEVELOPER (WD)
-Having a bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/ Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/Information Engineering/Information System.
-Mature, age between 25-30 years, with min. 2 Year Experience in the same position.
-Having previous hands-on experience in developing client for 3-tier web based application, J2EE, Tapestry, XHTML & DHTML, client scripting like JavaScript, Ajax, Prototype & Scriptoculous and CSS is a must (Dev) and server side components & server for 3-tier client (WD).
-Having strong background and understanding of Object Oriented Programming. (Dev)
-Having excellent communication skill is a must, driven, result oriented but also a good team-player.

Requirements

Job Purpose
* To carry out internal audits and other controls testing across the BA Group under the direction of an Audit Manager, verifying adequacy and effectiveness of controls in place.
* Where control weaknesses are identified, agreeing the factual accuracy of findings and proposing corrective actions.

Job Dimensions
* Internal audits cover all BA plc operations (including subsidiaries and overseas locations). An Internal Auditor may be required to carry out risk and assurance work in any area of the business.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities
* Deliver clearly documented audit work to the agreed timescale, quality and standard as measured by the Audit Manager.
* Where weaknesses are identified, work with the local line teams to ensure they are accurately recorded, adequately supported and that realistic fixes are developed and agreed.
* Involvement in all stages of the audit lifecycle (planning & scoping of the audit work, developing and completing test programmes, agreeing weaknesses and proposed actions with the line and documenting these for inclusion in reporting).
* After the audit, at an agreed date, follow up with the line area to ensure that committed corrective actions have been completed and are effective.
* Assist the line in understanding the risk and control framework and to embed effective internal controls.
* Able to deputies for Audit Manager as required.

Key Interfaces
* All BA line areas with Internal Control responsibilities.
* All reports and files will be produced for final sign off by GM Internal Control Assurance ahead of close meetings.

NB all audit reports will ultimately be received by the members of the Audit Committee (including the Chairman)

* Qualified or Part Qualified Internal Auditor (PIIA / MIIA);

Expertise
* Demonstrates broad understanding of internal control and Risk Management principles
* Good level of technical expertise in accounting
