System error 0x424 kaspersky

Ketika uninstall netagent Kaspersky muncul error sebagai berikut "system error 0x424 kaspersky the specified service doesn't exist".

Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, gunakan tools dari Kaspersky. Tools tersebut untuk uninstall netagent.

 Download file cleaner.exe dari Kaspersky. Kemudian extract file tersebut ke folder, misalkan di folder d:\ dengan nama folder cleaner. Gunakan command prompt, dan jalankan di folder tempat file cleaner.exe berada.

Jalankan perintah di bawah ini:

 If you want to delete the information about the installation of the Network Agent, run the following commands:

“<path to cleaner.exe>\cleaner.exe” /uc {B9518725-0B76-4793-A409-C6794442FB50} “
“<path to cleaner.exe>\cleaner.exe” /pc {GUID value}

where the GUID value depends on the Network Agent interface language. For the list of GUID values, see below.

The information about installation will be deleted.

 

Microsoft Office 365 muncul error "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later"

Microsoft Office 365 muncul error "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later". Microsoft Office 365 tersebut belum expired, tetapi tidak bisa digunakan. Ketika masuk ke account muncul error "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later". Ada pilihan juga untuk memasukkan aktivasi key.

Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, di PC/NB Client dilakukan restart Network Location Awareness (NlaSvc )service on the client. Setelah dilakukan restart, klik account kembali dan kemudian muncul login untuk ke Microsoft. Setalah bisa login ke Microsoft, Office 365 dapat digunakan kembali.

Menambahkan profile email account Office 2021 LTSC berbeda dengan Office 2016

 

Menambahkan account email exchange di office 2021 LTSC melalui control panel selalu gagal dan muncul pertanyaan account Microsoft seperti ini:

Jika diklik tanda silang, email akan terset-up sebagai IMAP.

Ternyata untuk set-up email di Office 2021 LTSC, tidak bisa automatic. Harus dipilih manual.

Untuk membuat profile baru, buka outlook dan pilih new profile:

 

Ketik nama profile:

Pilih advanced options, pilih let me see set up my account manually, pilih connect:

Akan muncul tampilan mirip seperti Office 365. Pilih server sesuai dengan jenis server di mana email anda diletakkan.
