Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation of marketing programs and strategies, sales plans and forecasts.
Conducts sales research to determine market conditions; evaluates current economic conditions and demographic data relevant to the marketing of the company¢s products.
Arranging the marketing team for commercial property projects
Supervised and supported Sales Assistants to ensure their needs were fulfilled and backed up with company¢s resources; and monitored the use and inventory of promotion tools.
Set up pricing strategy.
Qualifications:
Age between 29-45 years old.
Minimum Bachelor¢s Degree in any field from reputable university.
Have strong English communication skills.
Computer literate.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing of apartment and property.
Have an excellent leadership, team building and people management skills, with unquestionable integrity, loyalty, a self-starter and no non-sense attitude.
