MRO / Sales Engineer (Jakarta – Surabaya – Papua – Sulawesi)

Our Client is a Multinational Chemical Company from Germany with their
biggest product is adhesive. To strengthen their team, they are now
opening a vacant position as Sales Engineer for Jakarta, Surabaya,
Papua and Sulawesi (4 position/person):


Basic Purpose:
To lead sales effort, both technical and strategic for all new general
major account opportunities in MRO (MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND OVERHAUL
SPECIALIST) Business-at West Territory of Indonesian Republic. His
responsibility is not limited to the achievement of sales revenue,
maintaining existing accounts and customer satisfaction, but to the
expansion of new accounts as well. Responsible as MRO coordinator and
to the achievement of MRO business line objectives.



Major Duties / Accountabilities:
A. To ensure sales turnover meet/exceeding the target;

B. To develop and proceed with new potential customers; strive to
acquired new accounts by applying proper utilization of new The
Company technologies' customers formally by any communication means.

C. To build sound relationship with all accounts; To maintain customer
relations; To ensure his Technical Support meets the customer's
requirements; To inform them new products/services or solutions and
other general information of interest; To ensure customer satisfaction
and take necessary actions but yet comply with
Company regulations.

D. To coordinate and monitor team member activity and performance;
provide advice and technical support where necessary.
E. Submits reports on sales plan/activities, customer contacts and
maintains sales record; to monitor stock availability.

F. To conduct information gathering in regards with competitor
activities, price policy and strategy.


Skills & Knowledge:

1. Product knowledge
2. Mechanical comprehension skills (degree from Mechanical Engineer)
3. Selling skill and ISO system
4. English, proficient in written and oral
5. Computer literate, common MS applications esp. Power Point
