Customer Service Agents
The main duty of a customer service agent will be to assist clients with their post-booking needs in a timely and courteous fashion. They are expected to keep customers abreast of any changes in schedules, payments, flights, or document information. Agents will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each booking, and working with vendors to correct information accordingly (ie: additions, deletions, cancellations and payments). All Customer Service Agents must have strong resolution skills and a proactive demeanor.

Sales Administrator
The role of the Sales Administrator will be to manage accounts receivable as well as preside over a multitude of sales-related tasks. These tasks include processing customer payments, managing inventory, reconciling commission reports, refunds, general ledger, monthly sales reports, etc. Additionally, the Bookkeeper/Sales Administrator will provide back up Customer Care support should the need arise. Outside Agent Program Supervisor
The Outside Agent Supervisor will oversee our network of Independent Travel Agents. Not only will they be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the Agent network, but for developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial commission program as well. The Supervisor will work with vendors, accounting, and ticketing on behalf of all Outside Agents to ensure the accuracy of each booking. Additional duties include the negotiation for and promotion of "blocked space" on certain cruise lines as well as the organization of semi-annual shipboard meetings for the Agent network. Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
