A. HR MANAGER (1 ORG) - Code : HRM

1. Experience in HR Management min 3 years. Prefer in retail business
2. Acting as a strategic business partner and ensuring the efficient services for
empoyee
3. Setting and develop the CBHR management system
4. Manages staffing process, including sourcing, selection, placement and
retention

6. Able to handle all employee relations issues and to ensure the compliance
of labour laws
7. Demonstrates significant assertiveness, strong leadership, discipline, service
oriented and proactive

B. HR PLAN SUPERVISOR (1 ORG) - CODE : HPS

1. Experience in HR Plan min.2 years. S1 pschicology, HR Management.
Prefer S2 HR Management
2. Planning employee sourcing to meet operational requirement and the
company growth
3. Analysing and monitoring employee placement
4. Able to work in tight schedulle with minimum supervison
5. Demonstrates the ability in planning and analysing
6. Familiar with HR software programme

C. RECRUITMENT STAFF (2 ORG) - CODE : RSS

1. Experience in recruit and selection, min 2 years. S1 Pschicology, Prefer
profesional degree
2. Recruiting and selecting in staff level
3. Able to work in tight schedulle with minimum supervison
4. Demonstrates the ability in recruit and selection
5. Willing to journey to Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya

D. PERFORMANCE MGT SUPERVISOR (1 ORG) - CODE : PMS

1. Experince in competency based performance management, min 2 years.
S1 pschcology, Management Prefer S2 HR Management
2. Assessing employee performance
3. Monitoring and analysing employee performance
4. Able to work in tight schedulle with minimum supervison
5. Demonstrates the ability in performance analysis
6. Familiar with competency based recruit and selection
7. Willing to journey to Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya

E. FINANCIAL ANALYST SUPERVISOR (1 ORG) - CODE : FAS

1. Experience as financial analyst/auditor min 3 years
2. Bachelor degree graduated in Accounting with IP >= 3
3. Able to Analyze production, operational cost and financial matter
4. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision, and able to lead the subordinate
5. Demonstrate the ability in financial and cost analysis
6. Computer & Windows literate

F. FINANCIAL CONTOLLER SUPERVISOR (1 ORG) - CODE : FCS

1. Experience as external/internal auditor min 3 years
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting with IP >= 3
3. Familiar with Accounting system
4. Able to control system
5. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision, and able to lead
the subordinate
6. Demonstrate the ability in controlling system
7. Computer & Windows literate

G. FINANCE STAFF (1 ORG) - CODE : FSS

1. Experience in finance/Accounting field min 2 years
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting with IP >=3
3. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision
4. Able to read the Financial Report
5. Computer & WIndows programme

H. FINANCE JUNIOR STAFF (2 ORG) - CODE : FJS

1. Min. 1 year experience in finance (fresh graduate are welcome)
2. Min D3 Accounting from reputable insitution, IP>3
3. Computer and Windows literate
