Position: *SALES DIRECTOR*
Location: West Jakarta
Client: A South East Asia's leading independent manufacturer
and marketer of personal care products, bringing Asian focused brands to
millions of Asian consumers
Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision for growing the business by sales and distribution
strategy formulation and excellent execution.
- Develop the long term trade marketing and disribution strategy for
the sales units.
- Actively contribute to the construction of annual sales plan incl.
objectives for coverage, volume, distribution, display and services by
providing trade marketing and distribution related inputs
- Motivate teams to achieve the goals by setting appropriate
incentives and enable the necessary infrastructure to support set goals.
- Lead inter-functional decision-making with other corporate groups to
understand and set the right expectations
- Develop and maintain a continual learning and skill development
program for the team members
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the FMCG or related industry, trade
marketing, key accounts and distribution strategy formulation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a group of functions and individuals;
strong leadership skills that can drive the group towards best in class
performance; ability to translate vision into long-term and near-term goals
for the team; ability to build high performing teams
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or related areas
- Extensive experience in sales, business development and key account
management. A strong background in the consumer products or personal care or
process industries would be ideal.
- Fluency in English both written & spoken
- Working experience with MNC is mandatory
- Male/female, minimum age of 40
