IT Technical Support Engineer in Atlas Copco Indonesia

Our Client, Atlas Copco Indonesia (
www.atlascopco.com) is seeking for the following position :


IT Technical Support Engineer (IT-ENG)


Responsibilities

* To administrate and solve incidents/problems assigned to the IT
service desk

* To support internal customers and provide solutions within various
IT services, the areas are Lotus Notes, ERP systems, PC, LAN, WAN and
internet

* Responsible for the installation of hardware and software including
configuration and software upgrade

* Performing the backup routines including the backups of daily,
weekly and yearly, ensuring the backup routine including backup/restore
testing is fulfilled according to the defined routine and maintain the
storage of the tape is in good condition

* Ensuring the IT systems, software license and infrastructure is in
line with Group standards and comply to the security policy

* Documentation of IT systems related area, process and procedure

* To contribute and maintain continuous improvement as implementing
standards with the overall target to increase efficiency



Requirements

* D3/S1 in Information Technology or similar through experience

* 1-2 years experience from first and second line service desk with
frequent customer contact

* Solid experience in troubleshooting and fixing the IT systems

* Experience of a shared service environment would be an advantage

* Microsoft Windows server and client

* Microsoft Office XP/2003

* PC management software

* Lotus Notes User support

* Some experience in networking

* Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must. Other languages
are an asset
