Vacancy as Operation & Workshop Manager at PT.PACIFIC DWIYASA PUTRA


We are one of leading manufacturer and distributor of Heavy Duty Coating,
Marine & Industrial Coating and sole distributor for technical and
industrial product, who has been engaged in this business for more than 10
years and subsidiary of a group company in Indonesia that have 60 years
experience in this business.



We are currently in need of a candidates in the position of :

Operation & Workshop Manager


Requirements :




* Male, max. 40 years old,

* S1 degree from mechanical/engineering would be an advantage,

* 3 - 5 years in managerial level,

* Experience in plant / workshop management especially in maintenance
and engineering,

* Familiar with power plant, oil & gas, mining, pulp & paper mill or
with rotating equipment such as pump,

* Knowledge of plant machineries, ability to supervise the mechanical
/ electrical and plant engineering works, estimate, calculate and analyze
material and time needed of several projects in the same time, responsible
of the quality, cost analysis, unit, unit rate costing, managing the people
and progress control reporting,

* Familiar with all equipment in workshop, lathe machine, blasting
machine and compressor,

* Able to coordinate & delegate tasks to subordinate,

* Able to deliver technical training to subordinate.
