Technical Advisor – Quality Assurance For our factory in Semarang, Indonesia –where our solid teakwood furniture is manufactured.

Data is of paramount importance when it comes to computer systems. That is why companies and individual spend a fortune on software tools that will ensure data security and integrity. An antivirus software is something that you will find on almost every system these days for security of data from viral threats. A microsoft software that disinfects computers from viruses is not available although they have included backup and firewall software with their operating system. You can also find linux backup software available for windows. Some software scripts can meddle with the security of data, so be careful in running scripts from unknown sources.

ScanCom’s corporate head offi ce is situatedin Korsør, Denmark, and our production operations are located in Vietnam,Indonesia and Brazil. Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Technical Advisor will be a member of the Technical Department,reporting to the Senior Manager of the Technical department and supportingthe Production Department.
• The Technical Advisor will be responsible for quality assurance, as wellas for improving existing quality control processes and work methods.
Required Experience:
• Experienced in project management, leadership and manpower management –preferable with an engineering background
• Experienced to train, organize and motivate subordinates
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with or strong desire for working and living in South EastAsia
• Technical understanding and minimum three years experience in woodfurniture and construction

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English language and possessing strong and effi cientcommunication skills towards colleagues, subordinates and superior
• Assertive personality
• Ability to work under pressure and be attentive to details and deadlines
• Ability to act independently and initiate new ideas – while at the sametime being a Team player
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
