JOB CHALLENGE:
• Coordinate the tax planning programs for the business groups.
• Assist in tax matters for Corporate transactions/projects
(M&A, capital market etc).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct/support all tax matters for the group
• Review and propose setting up of tax-efficient legal
structures
• Ensure tax compliance with 5 year-ahead tax planning programs
• Develop tax policies
• Provide tax training

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• strong understanding of Indonesian & regional tax
regulations; License in Brevet A, B & C
• 7 – 8 years working experiences
• Exposure on regional tax/legal regulatory issues (will be an
advantage)
• Possess strong fundamental in corporate taxation issues with
exp. (preferably in a large corporation Conglomerate or international
consultancy firm). preferably with regional exposure
• Language: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin (advantage)
