LCA Executive

Our client is one of the leading FMCG company in the world. Now, they are looking for full potential candidate to join their team as:

LCA Executive

Qualification:
1.. Min. Bachelor Degree
2.. Min. 2 years experience in sales (B2B)
3.. Proficient in English both verbal and written is a must
4.. Computer literate specially Ms. Office
5.. Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Duties:
1.. To call on nominated outlets and influence all relevant decision makers. The frequency/duration of the call to be in line with the agreed work state and consistent with a cost effective journey plan
2.. Prepare quarterly plan for specified outlets to achieve volume targets by products group. To extend division ne and existing product distribution and usage in all outlets and increase volume case sales. Further, to control and evaluate these accounts
3.. Using available computer/manual system have an accurate understanding of the importance of major territory outlets by product group and their overall importance to territory target achievement . Further, to organize and maintain an effective administration system, to include customer record card system, expenses and journey work plan and to meet required deadline for completion
4.. Maintain liaison with account management and colleagues at territory level, to develop territory and individual account plans and implement agreed promotional activity
5.. In line the quarter plan, arrange and implement demonstrations (personal/group) and exhibitions, to further capitalize on the opportunities for division range presented by this activity
6.. To ensure agreed promotions are fully implemented and leveraged
