As a Lead Clinical Research Associate, your role will encompass clinical
project management, clinical deliverables management and clinical team
management. You will lead the clinical monitoring team and serve as the
primary contact for clinical monitoring opportunities and problems. You will
also plan and analyse project activities according to project scope and
budget as well as providing recommendations and solutions for clinical
monitoring issues.
You should have an undergraduate degree in a clinical, science or health
related field or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree would be a
real advantage. Considerable experience of using computerized information
systems, word processing and spreadsheets is an essential requirement for
successful Lead Clinical Research Associate applicants. You should also have
experience in clinical research including clinical trial monitoring
experience. Fluency in host language and English is required.
