Nestle Pure Life is seeking people to fill in managerial position with
following experiences and skills :
Training Manager (TM-W)
Summary of the job
* To develop the careers of excellent employees
* To build bench strength
* To develop and deliver designated program
* To manage a training centre
Qualifications
* Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Education or Psychology or Training and
Development is advantages
* At least 5 years working experiences in the learning and development
or training environment
* Managed a learning and development or training department or
environment
* Proven abilities in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating
learning and development and training programmes
* Able to design conduct train-the-trainers' programs
* Work well with all levels of employees
* Proven track record in people development
* Proven administrative abilities
