GENERAL MANAGER

A market-leader company that has core business in
marketing and distribution of electronic product is
currently seeking an immediate position of :

GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

The duty of GM is to :

1. Enhance the company's position as a leading
distributor of electronic product
2. Cultivate and stimulate the culture of positive
competitiveness to all staffs
3. Assist all functional managers to communicate
company strategy to all elements within company.
4. Facilitate each departments in developing their
strategy, key performance indicators, targets,
initiatives and budget
5. Discuss and implement the planned-strategy of
company that issued by advisor of company.

Qualification :

1. Experience in managing more than 10 subordinates in
one company.
2. S1 any major, preferably in Economics or Business.
3. Male or Female with maximum 40 years old.
4. Understand the concept of and familiar with
Balanced Scorecard System.
5. Willing to work under pressure.
6. Proven capability in teamwork and also able to work
independently.
7. Mature, detail, outgoing, well-organized,
achievement-oriented, Fast-learner, Smart.
8. Chinese preferred.
9. Good communication in English. Preferably Mandarin.
10. Computer literate
