Receptionist, OFFICE SECRETARY, Regional Sales Manager

We currently looking for Receptionist.

The successful candidate will involve in handling
incoming and outgoing telephone, mails, guests, and
provide reports.

Qualification: Female under 25 years old, minimum
Diploma degree. A minimum 1 year full-time experience
in the same position. Good communication in English. A
knowledge of telephone courtesy is preferred.

The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

the position as OFFICE SECRETARY.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and/or
Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will
involve in the organizing and oversees work flow of
the office and corrects it as necessary. Prepares
correspondence by compiling, typing and proofreading
memoranda, letter and reports. Schedules and arranges
meetings and conferences; prepares agenda; acts as
facilitator when necessary; Designs and maintains
supplies needed by the department and to perform
related duties as assigned

Qualification: An undergraduate in relevant
discipline, . A minimum two years of
clerical/secretarial experience, including two years
as a Secretary or equivalent. Knowledge of management
techniques is required.

Maximize the sales in many different settings and
helps to ensure the commercial success of a diverse
range in Indonesia and overseas markets; Creating
innovative sales tools and products for the sales
team; Identifying new markets, business opportunities
and develop New Projects

Qualification:
Be overseas degree qualified. A minimum two years
experience in the same position, have solid commercial
sales experience - preferably in the filed of
publishing or advertising, excellent presentation and
communication skills, be confident, well presented,
creative and outgoing.
