fashion brands from France, Italy, UK and USA. Their existence is over
20 years in major city such as Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and USA
looking to open a new chain in Jakarta.
Looking for strong qualified candidates to fill the position with
below responsibilities and qualifications:
BRAND / OPERATION / RETAIL MANAGER [LUXURY PRODUCT RETAIL FIELD]
Responsibilities:
1. Expand the Company's brand portfolio within the licensed brands
every year. That includes the preparation of an accurate business plan.
2. Oversee the buying process, starting with product forecast and
followed by product range selections, manage the yearly budget, and
most importantly, build up good relationships with Principal.
3. Propose retail price and discount program.
4. Familiarize with overall current stock inventory in the warehouse
as well as in the shop's floor and ensure that overall inventory will
be always as per the management regulation
5. Control merchandises movements
6. Prepare allocation of new arrivals or any stocks request to all shops.
7. Follow up payment and check arrival merchandise
8. Ensure the achievement of minimum royalty target
9. Direct report to Marketing Manager
10. Related to human resources division/trainer to develop the staffs
and also involved in giving material of product knowledge
Qualification:
Male / Female, maximum age 38.
Bachelor Degree.
Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
Strong skill in negotiation, leadership and creativity
Flexible in working as a team and individual
Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer goods industry and/or
marketing.
Able to work under pressure
STORE MANAGER [LUXURY PRODUCT RETAIL FIELD]
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise sales and operation of retail stores in Jakarta / all
over Indonesia.
2. Recruit, train, develop and lead staffs in retail stores and for
new store openings.
3. Monitor customer service performance at retail store level.
4. In charge of store buying for Seasonal Merchandise Allocation.
5. Sales Budget Planning at each quarter base.
6. Organized marketing campaigns and branding promotion events
Qualification:
Male / Female, maximum age 38.
Bachelor Degree.
Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
Strong, decisive leadership in managing teams
Over 5 years retail experience in luxury product business with proven
success.
Deeply accomplished and results-driven senior sales and retail
management with a consistent record of smoothing & optimizing retail
operation in various regions.
Highly motivated by internal standards of excellence to overachieve
expectations and exceed all set goals.
Outstanding team work spirit& well skilled communication and
coordination ability proven in multi-national luxury enterprises.
