PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESC

Job Responsibility :
� Quickly gain knowledge of the projects that are performed.
� Be responsible for deadlines.
� Supervise and motivate employees.
� Verify status of assigned activities.
� Plan activities and assign them to employees.

Requirement :

� Minimum 3 years in IT Project Management.
� Having strong software development (coding in C/C++ and/or Java)
knowledge and experience.
� Familiar with software development life cycle.
� Ability to analyze project.
� Good organizational & time management skill.
� Excellent in leadership & problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
� Good communication, strong presentation and project management skills.
� Having knowledge on issuing and acquiring banking terminal is a big
plus (EMV, ISO8583, smartcard).
� Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative.


General Requirement :

� Minimum Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering or Computer
Science.
� Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in
both Indonesian and English would be an advantage.
