Main Responsibilities:



* Design and develop strategy and methodology for defining,
identifying, and mapping talented people.
* Design, develop, and implement Career Management; Career path;
Career Development Policy and methodology, and People Development
Program.
* Develop and implement Succession Planning
* Develop and recommend criteria for High Potential Employees
* Develop Individual Development Program for High Potential Employees
aligns with Career Development Program, results of Performance
Appraisals and Competency Assessment.
* Ensure and coordinate preparation of Assessment tools
* Ensure and coordinate implementation of Assessment for High
Potential Employees (Talent Pool)
* Ensure and coordinate selection program of Assessor
* Ensure proper administration of Assessment results.
* Retention of high potential/ high caliber employees..



Qualification & Requirements:

§ Indonesian, Male/ Female, 32 - 36, Master degree (S-2)
Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or at least S-1 Degree.

§ Talented individuals with at least 8 years working
experience / with past three years managing Career Development/ Career
Management, Career Path, Talent Management and Assessment, MNC or
reputable companies with at least 1,000 employees.

§ Knowledge and experienced with Hay System for Job Analysis,
Job Description, Job Evaluation by functions, by level etc.

§ Self starter, good team player, with strong interpersonal
communication skills.

§ Ability to communicate in in English fluently is essential
& a must.
