Organization Effectiveness Manager (OI Manager) - HRD

Our client, MNC Pharmaceutical Company is currently looking for
dynamic, strong qualified candidates to fill the position with below
responsibilities and qualifications.

ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER (OE Manager)

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible in
planning and managing the organization's capability development and
corporate values strategy implementation, including the development of
tools to support line managers in enhancing their employee engagement
and effectiveness to meet the current and future organization needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and map out both short-term and long-term manpower needs
as you review the organization structure and correspondingly, be able
to recommend succession strategy (key talents/inner circle & high
potential employees) to each department head including pertinent
development programs.

2. Develop and recommend OD interventions as an HR approach on
communication and change management in order to enhance organization
health/fitness awareness and effectiveness.

3. Plan, design and coordinate the delivery of recruitment,
assessment, training and OD strategies including the delivery of
learning interventions that would enhance employee effectiveness and
performance.

4. Plan, develop, and deliver programs that would support the
implementation of organizational change strategies in culture and
values for both sales and non-sales employees. Inspire and create a
highly-motivated and positive working climate in order to ensure that
business/organization / people are aligned with the world-wide
corporate Company values.

5. Plan, direct and sustain effective performance management systems
as you exercise pre-post delivery evaluations to ensure that overall
business objectives and processes are effectively cascaded throughout
all levels.

6. Monitor, control and ensure efficient utilization of department
budget.

Requirement:
1. University degree or equivalent , an MBA degree preferred;
2. Minimum of five (5) years proven track record of delivery of
results, HR leadership experience, preferably gained in the
pharmaceutical industry and/or a multinational set-up.
3. Demonstrate strength in key HR functional capabilities including
organizational learning strategy, talent development and retention, and
strategic leadership
4. Capability to drive the change for the organization by leading and
successfully implementing key corporate initiatives.
5. Knowledge and experience in corporate policy and related local
regulations execution.
6. Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
7. Excellent people managements and effective communication skills;
8. Effective Change management skills in a multi-cultural
environment.
