JCI Executive Search International's client, an Investment Holdings company in Singapore, is currently seeking for the following position: CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL who is highly motivated person and team player. The person will be stationed in Singapore office.
Requirements:
- Age 30 – 40 years old, fluent in English and Indonesian both oral and written
- Degree in Law from reputable University;
- 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal
- Strong knowledge in Indonesian Law, drafting of legal documentations / agreements.
- Able to review & evaluating contracts and relate to business plan / strategy.
- Able to give legal advice and opinion.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Able to travel in short notice.
- Team player and strong analytical thinking.
