Sales Compliance Manager
Key responsibilities:
a.. To identify the compliance regulations and standards applicable to the Company's sales related matters
b.. To identify and socialize new sales compliance regulations from the upper management towards the Agents
c.. To thoroughly analyze the holistic sales process from the in order to comply with the given rules and regulations from the company
d.. To regularly conduct sales compliance review in order to identify challenges/problems as well to develop precautionary plan in order to counter such challenges/problems
e.. To coach/advise the Agents in regards of the sales compliance regulations of the company as well to explain the risks of disobeying such regulations
f.. To liaise good relationship with the Agents in order to gain mutual trust bonds
Key requirements:
a.. Male, age between 30 -35 years
b.. Minimum 4 - 5 years in compliance/internal audit or similar position
c.. Holding a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
d.. Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and holds strongly in integrity
e.. Good relationship building skills
f.. Highly motivated and full of life
g.. Excellent command of English is a must
