HR & Training Manager

Our client, A Telecommunication Company is needed urgently for the positions:


TRAINING MANAGER

Requirements:
� Bachelor Degree in any fields
� Extensive experience in training fields
� At least 3 years experience as Training Manager
� Experience in developing and managing training center
� Able to develop training modules and conducting training classes
� Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels effectively
� Computer literacy, excellent in written and spoken English is a must.
� High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player
� Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadline


ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirements:
� Report to HRD General Manager
� Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, Master Degree is preferable
� Minimum 3 years as OD Manager with 8 years of total experience from MNC
� English is a must


HSE Senior Manager

Requirements:
� Report to HRGA Division Head
� Bachelor Degree in any related background from reputable university
� At least have 10 years of working experience with 4 -5 years in HSE managerial level
� Familiar in Office HSE and field HSE (develop procedure, system, implementation)
� English is a must
