v BRANCH MANAGER (BRM) {URGENT}

Main Job : To manage, planning, controll & develop branch office daily operational to achieve company target.

� Male or female with bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably management & finance) with max. age 40 years old

� Possess min. 10 years experiences in similar position & 5 years in managerial level (garment / retail company)

� Excellent capability in branch management, marketing, logistic, distribution, administration skills, target oriented and fluent in

English both oral or written also willing to be placed surrounding Indonesia.

� Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, good communication, team work, problem solving and interpersonal skills.



v LOUNGE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR (LG MGR/SPV) {URGENT}

Main Job : Manage, maintain, develop & implement Loung/Spa daily opeartion in order to achieve targeted sales. Manage all of

crew function, market strategy & analysis, continually monitor & respond to market competitions, opportunities & changes .

Establish & maintain relationship with customer & tenant to achieve primary target sales.

� Male or female min. diploma degree in any discipline (hospitality or beautycian is preferably) with max. age 35 years old

� Possess min. 5 years experiences (Mgr) and 3 years (Spv) in similar position

� Excellent in Spa programs, massage style, maintain good relationship with customer, target oriented and good command English

v SR. PROGRAMMER, SUPPORT STAFF AND PROGRAMMER SUPERVISOR (IT) {URGENT}

Main Job : Leading programmer daily operation, create, develop & impelement application (Programmer) and responsible for helpdesk,

technical support daily operation, troubleshooting & maintenance software/hardware also server (support).

� Male or female with Bachelor's / Diploma degree in IT with max. age 35 years old (Spv) & 30 years old (Staff)

� Possess min. 3 years (Spv) and 2 year (Staff) experiences in similar position

� Excellent in application development/programming with VB 6.0 / VB.net, ASP, PHP, Clipper and using database Ms. Access, SQL Server, MySQL (Programmer)

� Excellent in windows program, Ms.Office 2000/2003, security software (antivirus, antispan, antisyware) & familiar with networking,

hardware & software troubleshooting, also good knowledge about LAN/WAN devices, server administrative tools, build & maintenance of mail server, domain server, etc. (Support)

� Good command English both oral or written and willing to work overtime

v RESTAURANT ASST. MANAGER, CAFE, BAR & FOODCOURT SUPERVISOR (F&B) {URGENT}

function, market strategy & analysis, continually monitor & respond to market competitions, opportunities & changes .

Establish & maintain relationship with tenant & customer to achieve primary target sales.

� Possess min. 3 years experiences in similar position at garment / retail company

� Excellent in carpool functional (driver, car, maintenance & sparepart/technical) and good knowledge about GA job / matter

� Willing to work overtime and to be place at Jakarta, Batam or Bintan island

� Male or female with bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably law or psychology) with max. age 35 years old

� Possess min. 3 years experiences in similar position at handicraft store / art goods company

� Fresh graduated (D3/S1) or SMA/SMK posses min. 1 year experience in similar position

� Willing to work overtime and work with deadline

� Familiar with computer application (Ms. Office), financial and accounting skills (FIN/ACC) also administration skills (ADM)

� Able to work in a team or individual and good coordination, analytical, communication, also interpersonal skills




v DRIVER (DVR) & SECURITY (SCR) {URGENT}

� Pria usia max. 30 tahun (DVR / SCR) dan Wanita usia max. 25 tahun (SCR)

� Pendidikan min. SMA/sederajat

� Pengalaman min. 1 tahun (SCR) dan min. 3 tahun (DVR) di posisi yang sama

� Bersedia ditempatkan di luar Jakarta dan bersedia kerja shift

� Familar dengan operasional kendaraan roda 4 dan memiliki SIM B1 / B2 serta mengenal jalan di Jabodetabek / sekitarnya
