Requirement: Filenet & Tibco Consultants

SI Design team Objectives:
Responsible for Detailed Design Specifications for Integration work in each Project.
Ensure coordination of designs across the program.
Create detailed specifications for all SI work.
Create Development work-packages 9 where required) and direct Developers on design issues.
Ensure the Quality of SI Development work.
Assist with release coordination across the program.
Team will be located in Tokyo , Japan.
Working alongside the Customer in a 1 team approach.
Work will be conducted in English & Japanese (using Japanese translators).
Development work will be mix of onshore & offshore.
Language: English is a requirement; Japanese is a ‘Nice to have’.


1) SI Design Lead:
Role: Coordinate the Si technical design work across the program to ensure the coordination and completeness of SI designs and integration effort.
Details of Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination of Integration design to ensure consistent and smooth implementation
Ensure design integrity and Completeness of all Integration work
Responsible for coordinating the phasing of SI delivery to meet the needs of functional Releases
Responsible for Quality assurance of all SI development work
Key Skills:
Experience with leading and coordinating teams of designers.
Experience of System integration Design and Release Coordination.
Experience with SI design methodologies.


2) SI Technical Architect:
Role: Work with BA’s and SME to design the detailed specifications for the Business objects, web services and other Interfaces for Integration of the application.
Details of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the interface design to integrate Policy Administration System.
Design the Web Services to be called by other systems.
Design Business Objects to support all integration points.
Design Web service calls.
Develop Detailed specifications for all SI development work.
Key Skills:
SMART experience and BO design.
Familiar with SOA and Web Service design.
Have experience of Technical Design & work-package development.


3) ODS/Infohub Design:
Role: Work with design teams the detailed specifications for the ODS database, Infohub and associated objects.
Details of Responsibilities:
Capture full functional and technical requirement for the ODS/Infohub from the stakeholders.
Create detailed specifications for the ODS database.
Create detailed specifications for ETL software configuration.
Develop Detailed specifications for all SI development work.
Oversee QA for all ODS/ETL development work.
Knowledge transfer to development & support teams.
Key Skills:
Database design experience.
Familiar with ODS / Information hub concepts.
Knowledge/experience with ETL software (ideally Informatica).
Experience of developing detailed Technical Specifications.


4) Web Services and Service Bus design:
Role: Work with design teams to create the detailed specifications for implementing an Enterprise Service Bus and Web Services.

Details of Responsibilities:
Capture full functional and technical requirement for the ESB.
Create detailed specifications for the ESB.
Direct development and oversee QA for Service Bus implementation.
Assist Designers in detailed Web Service Design & integration with ESB.
Knowledge transfer to development & support teams.
Key Skills:
Design experience with Service Bus frameworks.
Familiar with practical implementation of a service bus.
Knowledge of service hub software (Ideally Tibco BusinessWorks).
Experience of developing detailed Technical Specifications.


5) SI Technical Architect:
Role: Work with stakeholders and Project teams to create the detailed specifications for integrating SUN Accounts.
Details of Responsibilities:
Capture full functional and technical requirement for SUN Account integration.
Create detailed specifications for required interfaces.
Oversee QA for all development work..
Knowledge transfer to development & support teams.
Key Skills:
Experience with integrating Accounting packages into complex IT environment.
Familiar with SUN Accounts.
Experience of developing detailed Technical Specifications.


6) Business Process Modeller:
Role: Work with stakeholders and Project teams to design Business Process Models to support business processes and implement using a BPML tool.
Details of Responsibilities:
Capture Business Process requirements.
Create detailed process model specifications.
Implement Process models using Filenet BP Modelling tool.
Knowledge transfer to development & support teams.
Key Skills:
Experience with capturing Business Process requirements.
BPM design.
Experience with BPM using Filenet.
