automation system, facility management and controls located in North
Jakarta, is looking for successful Indonesian people to fill the following
positions:

*TECHNICAL MANAGER*
**
Responsibilities:



- Deliver a cost effective maintenance plan accross the site utilising
the latest methodologies
- Provide direction and leadership of the multi-skilled maintenance
team which includes effective hiring, motivating, development training and
discipline
- Ensure that installation, operating and maintenance records are
maintained to accurately reflect the installed systems and equipments
- Provide cost effective procurement and management of specialist
suppliers and third party contractors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 10 to 15 years of
progressive technical and/or operational experience in building systems and
services. 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with
responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Ability to
relate to people at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and
non-technical basis. Fluency in English both written and spoken.



*SALES MANAGER*

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Controls business by executing sales strategies to achieve
profitability, growth and market penetration
- Establish and maintain long term relationships with strategically
prospective Customers to influence opportunities
- Set the standard of professionalism within the sales team, building
and maintaining a high performance team through a commitment to customer
satisfaction, quality and understanding of the business environment
- Increase market penetration in Controls business by securing new
Customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base business at
key, target and managed owner accounts
- Consistently seeks to expand scope of business with prospective
Customers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing. 10 to 15 years of
progressive sales and/or operational experience in building systems and
services. 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with
responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Ability to
relate to people at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and
non-technical basis. Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
both written and spoken.
