The Indonesia Australia Language Foundation (IALF) is the leading language training organisation in Indonesia. (www.ialf.edu).
Established by the governments of Indonesia and Australia, the IALF is a non-profit organisation committed to providing high quality education and training services throughout Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region.
IALF Surabaya is an IELTS Test Centre and offers a range of English language training programs for public and donor-funded students, IELTS Preparation and Business English.
IALF Surabaya is currently recruiting for the position of Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing and promotion strategies for IALF programs. Create and implement new marketing and promotion campaigns and activities
* Participate in education promotion activities (including fairs and events, networking)
* Undertake market research on target groups and emerging markets
* Prepare analysis reports based on findings
* Monitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives
* Enhance the communication with various target groups and
stakeholders in Indonesia and overseas
Requirements:
Minimal S1 Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing or communication – ideally with education or services
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Computer literate especially in MS Office applications
Possess good analytical skills
Able to work in a team and independently
