1. Factory Manager (FM)
Be responsible in managing factory, production, product development, material store, production control, engineering and personal management.
Requirements:
• Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• Well-versed in ISO 9001:2000
• Min 6 years experience in the same position
• Have strong leadership skill, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good Command in speaking & writing English and Mandarin
• Computer literate on PC program ( Ms.Word, Power Point, Ms.Excel )
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas
• To be posted in Bogor
2. Assistant Finance Manager (AFinM)
Responsible for for the complete management accounting function for the factory particularly in respect of setting product standard costing, pricing, process flow improvement including standard timings, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reconciliation and profit margin analysis.
Requirements:
• Min. S1 in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years experience in finance department of which 5 years in management role
• Preferably have experience and knowledge in management accountant especially in manufacturing accounts and costing
• Good Command in speaking & writing English
• Have experience in managing a team of accounts staff demonstrating pro-active leadership by example, teamwork, initiative and capable of data-driven analysis and problem-solving
• To be posted in Bogor
