An US based industrial goods manufacturing company located in Cikarang industrial estate, is in urgent need to appoint a dynamic candidate to support the Human Resources Department at plant for position:
HR Generalist - Cikarang based (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
-Reporting to the HR Manager
-You will be responsible to perform HR duties which among others are: recruitment, payroll, over time calculation, medical and insurance claim, trainings, and coordinating GA activities of the plant.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field preferablyf rom pschology or related background;
-At least 4 year(s) of working experience in HR & GA field of manufacturing company
-Good English proficiency
-A dynamic, and independent personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Full-Time positions available.
