Our Client, Berlian Sistem Informasi (www.bsi.co.id), is a joint venture IT company between Mitsubishi Corporation Japan and Indonesian Shareholder. This company is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills: Senior Staff HR ( SS HR - BSI )

Qualification

. Minimum S1 Management/ Technique Industry,

. Age : Max 32 years

. Minimum Experience 3 years in similar position

. Good communication in English (Speaking & Writing), Persuasion Skill

. Understand the process of Recruiting, Selecting & Interviewing)

. Understand about Organization Development (Organization Structure, Organization Behavior, People Development and Career path system)

. Understand about Performance Appraisal

. Good Initiative & Dynamic, self starter Responsibility

. Support in handling process recruitment, people development, career path and procedure improvement.
