Technical Support Specialist
Hagen Software is looking for talented individuals to maintain the high level of responsive hotline and e-mail support that our customers expect and to assist them in the installation and technical support of e-Classifieds products, as well as with their Hagen Hosting accounts. You will also help customers to perform customizations of the various e-Classifieds products.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, XML, and other web languages and protocols
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Perl and/or PHP (please provide examples of your previous projects or programs)
- Experience in programming or providing customer support to web developers

Web Designers/Graphic Artists
Hagen Software is looking for talented individuals to assist in the web site design of both our software products and our web sites.
Required:
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, XML, and other web site design languages and techniques (please provide examples of your previous work)
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in graphic arts, including the design of logos, icons, buttons, and other graphics for web sites (please provide examples of your previous work)
- Knowledge of and experience with Perl or PHP is a plus

System Administrator
Hagen Software is looking for an experienced Unix system administrator. You will be setting up and maintaining web servers that host our web hosting and application hosting customers. Experience with Linux, FreeBSD, and/or Solaris is a plus.

- Knowledge of Linux, FreeBSD, and/or Solaris is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Unix system administration
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with the Apache web server

Network Administrator
Hagen Software is looking for an experienced network administrator. You will be helping to maintain and improve our existing network that serves our web hosting and application hosting customers, as well as planning and executing our network expansion strategy.
Required:
- Knowledge of Linux, FreeBSD, and/or Solaris is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with Cisco router configuration and administration
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with setting up network switching equipment
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with network backup solutions

Database Administrator
Hagen Software is looking for an experienced database administrator. You will be setting up and maintaining database servers that host internal applications as well as external applications that are hosted for customers. Experience with Oracle or MySQL is a plus.

Sales and Marketing Associate
Our rapidly growing Internet software company is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Associate will manage sales and marketing support activity with potential customers, resellers, and partners. The Position is based in our headquarters in downtown Washington, DC.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact to establish lasting business relationships with potential customers, resellers, and partners
- Manage incoming customer sales inquiries via multiple channels of distribution including e-mail, web site, phone and resellers
- Manage post-sales client support functions
- Recommend solutions for business and technical requirements and answer questions regarding our various products and services, such as e-Classifieds and Hagen Hosting
- Develop and implement global sales and marketing programs
- Work with senior management on major initiatives and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently but also have a strong team player attitude
- Ability to multi-task, work well with tight schedules and under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and HTML or ability to learn
- Knowledge of the Internet, E-commerce, web development, databases, or ability to learn quickly
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Prior sales and/or marketing experience
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Foreign language skills and international experience a plus!

Office Manager
Hagen Software is looking for a dedicated individual to perform general administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, processing customer orders, performing office bookkeeping and bill payment, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Required:
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books Pro
- Knowledge of office productivity applications (HTML is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of the Internet or ability to learn quickly
