We are a national reputable fast growing garment manufacturing & distribution company based in West Jakarta with 4 main branch offices and distribution areas in 22 provinces with more than 150 showrooms and 400 counters of fashion at well known malls, shopping center and department stores around Indonesia.
Our fashion brand is well known as POLO and C.K.F, which have become fashion leaders and gained a strong brand awareness in the domestic market with POLO Casual, Formal, Ladies, Kids also C.K.F Casual Men’s & Ladies Wear. Therefore, to cope with our fast continual growth & development, we are inviting talented and high caliber candidates to join and grow with us for the following positions :

PURCHASING / PROCUREMENT HEAD (PPH)
Main Job: To manage, planning, control & develop department operational also maintain good
relationship with supplier to achieve minimize budget for all of company purchase order.
 Male or female with bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably management & finance) with max. age 40 years old
 Possess min. 5 years experiences in similar position & 3 years in managerial level (garment or retail company)
 Excellent capability in negotiation with supplier, having a lot of network in domestic market
and administration skills, deadline orientation good command English both oral or written
 Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, good communication, team work, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR (WC)
Main Job : To manage, planning, control & develop warehouse operational also maintain good
relationship with marketing and production department to achieve sales target.
 Male or female with bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably management & finance) with max. age 40 years old
 Possess min. 5 years experiences in similar position (garment or retail company)
 Excellent capability in logistic distribution, administration jobs and familiar with Ms. Office program
 Able to work in strict deadline and willing to work overtime
 Having strong leadership, coordination, good communication, team work, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

VISUAL MERCHANDISER MANAGER (VMM)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, develop and implemented visual design for fashion showrooms &
counters also supporting marketing promotion plan to achieve target sales.
• Male or Female, min. 30 years old with bachelor degree in interior design / fashion or graphic design
• Possess min. 5 years experience in the similar position (retail fashion company is an advantage)
• Familiar with computer literate (AutoCad, Corel Draw and computer graphic)
• Good fashion sense or trends & excellent creative visual design
• Have initiative & ability to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic trend/lifestyle
• Dynamic, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
• Posses good personality and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and capability in working individually or with others

FASHION BRAND MANAGER (FBM)
Main Jobs : Maintain, develop, implement brand and marketing strategy in order to achieve targeted
sales. Manage merchandising function, stock planning, product distribution &
allocation, mark down, market strategy & analysis, continually monitor & respond to
market competitions, opportunities & changes . Establish & maintain relationship with
primary target sales.
 Male or female with bachelor's degree in any discipline (marketing & fashion design is preferably) with max. age 45 years old
 Possess min. 5 years experiences in similar position also managing fashion & accessories brand (retail is advantage)
 Excellent in marketing concept, market strategy & analysis, brand awareness, product development, target oriented
 English as a native speaking and written correspondence
 Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, good communication, team work, problem solving & interpersonal skills.

BRANCH MANAGER FOR BALI (BRM)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, control & develop branch offices in daily operations to achieve
company targets.
 Male or female with bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably management & finance) with max. age 40 years old
 Possess min. 10 years experience in similar position & 5 years at managerial level (garment / retail company preferably)
 Excellent capability in branch management, marketing, logistic, distribution, administration skills, target oriented, highly self-motivated and with initiative
 English as a native speaking and written correspondence also willing to be placed at Bali
 Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
 Having strong leadership, coordination, analytical skills, good communication, team work, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (CES)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, control & monitor operational projects to achieve company targets
also supervise all of project crew.
 Male hold min. D3 majoring in civil or architectural engineering with max. 35 years old (CES)
 Possess min. 5 years experience in developing successful project within budget, schedule & quality expectation (P-MGR), min. 3 years experience (P-SPV) in property projects.
 Willing to travel and firm in decision making, strong in planning, organizational, leadership, coordination and people management skills also multi-cultural adaptability (P-MGR).
 Excellent in civil engineering, structure, construction, architectural aspects, familiar with RAB and progress report (P-MGR / P-SPV)
 Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
 Good command in English both oral and written, highly self-motivated and with initiative (good advantage)
 Having pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical skills, able to maintain good relationships and a target oriented person


IT - PROGRAMMER CHIEF (PC) & PROGRAMMER STAFF (PS)
Main Jobs : Leading programmer daily operations, create, develop & implement projects, application
and responsible for helpdesk, technical support daily operations, troubleshooting &
maintenance software, hardware also server (support).
 Male or female with Bachelor's / Diploma degree in IT max. age 35 years old
 Possess min. 3 years (PC) and 1 year (PS) experience in similar position at software house or retail company (preferably)
 Excellent in application development with VB 6.0, VB.net, ASP, PHP, Clipper and using database Ms. Access, SQL Server, My SQL (PC/PS)
 Familiar with windows program, Ms. Office, O/S, hardware, software installation and troubleshooting also user application training support (PS)
 Good knowledge in system administration such as security software (antivirus, antispan, antispyware), networking and understand LAN/WAN devices, server administrative tools, build also maintenance of mail server, domain server, etc (PC/PS).
 Able to work in strict deadline and willing to work overtime
 English as a native speaking and written correspondence also highly self-motivated and with initiative.
 Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, good communication, team work, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
FASHION DESIGNER (FD)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, develop and design new fashion styles also trends
 Male or female with min. diploma degree's in fashion design with max. age 35 years old
 Possess min. 3 years experiences in fashion designer at garment or retail company.
 Good knowledge in men’s, ladies, kids fashion sense or trends & excellent creative design also pattern maker
 Familiar with Corel draw, Photoshop and Colors Matters program, ready to work with deadline also fluent in English (good advantage)
 Strong coordination, analytical, excellent communication and good team work, problem solving also interpersonal skill

REGIONAL HRD & GA COORDINATOR (HRD & GA)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, monitors & develops HRD & GA operational to support all of company
activities and enhance organization's performance.
 Male max. age 38 years old with diploma or bachelor's degree in law, psychology or management
 Possess min. 3 years experience in similar position at garment / retail company
 Excellent in HR function (compensation & benefits, personnel, recruitment, training, industrial relation, system & organization development, etc)
 Experience in manpower regulations (including PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and strong knowledge of GA jobs (building management, security, driver, cleaning service, legal, etc)
 Willing to travel and to be placed at Bali, Surabaya, Batam or Bintan also willing to work overtime
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
 Strong leadership, coordination, analytical thinking and good communication both written and verbal, able to work independently as well as in teams, problem solving oriented also interpersonal skill.

GENERAL AFFAIR & CARPOOL HEAD (GA)
Main Jobs : to manage, plan, monitors & develops carpool operations to support all of company
activities and enhance organization's performance.
 Male with diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline max. age 38 years old
 Possess min. 5 years experience in similar position at expedition / transportation / multinational company
 Excellent in carpool functional (driver, vehicle, mechanical, maintenance, spare part, etc) and strong knowledge of GA matters (security, general service, investigation, industrial relationship, legal, etc)
 Willing to travel and to be placed in Bali, Surabaya, Batam or Bintan also willing to work in shifts and overtime
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
 Strong leadership, coordination, analytical thinking and good communication both written or verbal, able to work independently as well as in teams, problem solving oriented also interpersonal skill.
FINANCE STAFF (FS)
 Female, max age 26 years old with min. SMA / SMK in any major (accounting background is preferably)
 Experience min. 1 year in retail / garment industry and fresh graduated are welcome
 Able to work in tight deadline with minimum supervision
 Familiar with computer & windows program
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn and adopt new practices also able to work independently as well as in teams
 Willing to work under pressure, strict with deadline, fast learner, problem solver, self motivated, and trustworthy

ACCOUNTING STAFF (AS)
 Female or male, max age 26 years old and min. SMA/SMK majoring in social science or accounting.
 Experience min. 1 year in retail / garment industry and fresh graduated are welcome
 Understanding about finance & accounting principles (financial report, cash flows, and budgeting)
 Familiar with computer literate and passive english
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn and adopt new practices also able to work independently as well as in teams
 Willing to work under pressure, strict with deadline, fast learner, problem solver, self motivated, and trustworthy

TAX STAFF (TS)
 Female or male, max age 26 years old and min. SMA / SMK in any major (accounting background is preferably)
 Experience min. 1 year or fresh graduated are welcome
 Understanding accounting principles and circle (financial report, cash flows, and budgeting)
 Familiar with computer literate and passive english
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn and adopt new practices also able to work independently as well as in teams
 Willing to work under pressure, strict with deadline, fast learner, problem solver, self motivated, and trustworthy

ASST. MERCHANDISER / MERCHANDISER (AM/MD)
 Female or male, max age 35 years old and min. SMA / SMK in any major
 Experience min. 3 year (AM) and min. 5 years (MD)
 Familiar with cloth consumption calculate, pattern size specification, and good knowledge about raw material and garment accessories also production process
 Having wide network of raw material and garment accessories supplier
 Good command English and excellent negotiation skill
 Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn and adopt new practices also able to work independently as well as in teams
 Willing to work under pressure, strict with deadline, fast learner, problem solver, self motivated, and trustworthy
