GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER

Responsible for managing the GA operation both in head office and all branches are under the standardized procedure

Requirements:

·         S1 Degree in Law

·         Having a minimum of 7 years experience in handling and monitoring asset

·         Good command of written and spoken English

·         Good leadership, self motivated, pleasant personality, highly initiative, attention in detail and able to work under pressure

·         To be located in Slipi ( DKI Jakarta)

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Responsible to formulate recruitment strategies for the Company i.e. ensuring that there is a pool of qualified  candidates available for all positions and that the job openings are filled by the required timelines.

Requirements:

·         Psychologist ,majoring Industrial and organizational is preferably

·         Minimum of 7 years experience in handling Recruitment

·         Preferably having experiences from Executive Search Company

·         Good command of spoken and written in English

·         To be located in Slipi (DKI Jakarta)

HEAD OF LEGAL SECTION

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for Corporate Actions arrangement.

Requirements:

·          S1 Degree in Law is preferably or Master degree in Business (Keperdataan)

·          Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field; especially in handling problems at the company's corporate group (eg, notarial)

·          Fluent in both oral and written Legal English and Mandarin will be an additional value.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER

Act as an advisor / resource on Labour Unions issues, Labour Office, IR Office, Industrial Courts and Home Ministry.

Requirements:

·         S1 Degree in any major but preferably from Law

·         Having a minimum of 7 years experience specific in handling employee dispute, attend court and dealing with unions

·         Having good relationship with respective government offices such as: manpower dept., BKPM

·         Has an extensive knowledge about labour law

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Responsible for maintain and update personnel administration related to Industrial Relation and Formalities

Requirements:

·         S1 Degree in any major; preferably from Law

·         Minimum of 5 years in handling Industrial Relation

·         Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and to make company regulation and policies

·         Good interpersonal skill

TAX SUPERVISOR

Responsible for supervising the corporate tax function. This includes supervising all tax research activities and tax return preparation.

Requirements:

·         S1 Degree in Accounting

·         Minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling Tax field, included 1 year  experience in Tax Consultant Firm is a must

·         Mastering taxation Brevet A, B and C in details (certificated)

·         Detail, Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership & communication skill

TAX STAFF

Responsible for preparing the Tax report up to handling Tax issue

Requirements:

·          S1 Degree in Accounting

FINANCE STAFF
Responsible for working on the basic of the journal, manage cash flow for payment and general administration.

Credit Controller Staff

Responsible to control credit customer, analyses accounts and complete administration problem related to billing

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsible for good recording of all transactions

Requirements:

Responsible for daily administration activities of purchasing

Requirements:

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer

·         Preferably having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Programmer or Application Engineer

·         At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) would be advantage

SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Be responsible in giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

·         S1 Degree in Computer Science

·         Minimum of 2 years experience as functional consultant/system analyst in ERP

·         SAP configuration experiences

·         Strong knowledge in SAP, both programming and system

·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

·         Able to Multi-task and work  under tight deadlines
