• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Human Resources
Management, Psychology or any related field.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
• Computer literate, Ms. Word & Ms. Excel
• Fluent in both spoken/written English and Bahasa.
• Have a good understanding of UU 13/2003 and other Supporting Labor Law and
Regulation
• Good communication, ability to work with others, & have a good work

Persyaratan Umum :
- Warga Negara Indonesia
- Berbadan sehat yang dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dokter dari rumah sakit pemerintah
- Berusia maksimum 33 tahun untuk pelamar S2 dan 40 tahun untuk pelamar S3.
- Kualifikasi akademik :
· S2 atau berada pada semester 3 pascasarjana
· Linear dengan program studi dimaksud
· Tidak berstatus sebagai Guru maupun PNS
· Indek Prestasi Kumulatif > 3,00, bagi pelamar
S2 by Research Mode wajib melampirkan halaman judul thesis dan abstrak
- Program studi terakreditasi (untuk lulusan PT dalam negeri)
- SK penyetaraan ijazah oleh DIKTI (untuk lulusan PT luar negeri)

pejabat yang berwenang)
6. 1 (satu) lembar pas photo berwarna ukuran
3 x 4 cm.
7. Melampirkan surat pernyataan tidak pernah
diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat, tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS.
