South Pacific Viscose (SPV) member of the Lenzing Group

South Pacific Viscose (SPV) member of the Lenzing Group is located in Purwakarta, West
Java. The company has been a producer of viscose staple fibers and sodium sulfate since
1982. The initial fiber production capacity has risen from 120,000 to 150,000 tons p.a. The
capacity for sodium sulfate is currently at 90.000 tons p.a.

For our rapid expanding company, we are looking for professionals, dynamic, self-motivated
and dedicated person to fill the following positions:

INSTRUMENT DEPUTY MANAGER (Code: IDM)
Job and Responsibilities
· To implement the instrument repair and maintenance schedule in order to support the
respective department in order to achieve the production target
· To plan, coordinating and implement installation, erection and commissioning test in
process department to ensure the accuracy of parameter that used to production
· Determine the minimum stock of materials and spare parts by analyzing the duration of
each items in order to keep the materials and spare are available to be used
· To prepare the reparation procedure of the fault instrumentation from various sections
of the plant and to train the technician accordingly

General Required qualifications and skills:
· Minimum S1 electronic / instrumentation
· Having 8 years experience in process plant instrumentation as Instrument supervisor /
Engineer
· Experience in field instrumentation, calibration and job planning.
· Able to handle PLC and DCS program and hardware configuration (SCADA system)
· Willing to be placed in Purwakarta


INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (Code: INE)
Job and Responsibilities
· To plan and execute maintenance and project activities and ensure to be met in timely
manner with decided quality and safety standard
· To follow up technician activities to ensure the work is execute safely and follow the
procedures and time frame
· To evaluate the availabilities of ordered materials requirement for maintenance /project
to ensure the materials is ready during execution of maintenance/project
· To ensure appropriate tools, equipment and facilities are available for instrument
technicians to carry out proper job
· To ensure following of ISO and OHSAS procedure that are used in the maintenance
section

General Required qualifications and skills:
· Minimum D3 electronic / instrumentation
· Having 5 years experience in process plant instrumentation (DCS/PLC)
· Experience as a planner and field installation will be an added value
· Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

PROJECT ENGINEER (Code: PRO)
Job and Responsibilities
· To execute project target such as in controlling budget, quality control and safety
inspection.

General Required qualifications and skills:
· Min D3 - Mechanical Engineering from well known university
· 5 years experience as Project Engineer in Chemical Industry or Manufacturing
· Able to read and interpret the equipment and piping layout, isometrics, supports, Bill of
material independently
· Good knowledge in Computer Applications such as MS Office, MS Project, SAP,
AutoCAD, etc
· Highly motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
· Ability to start work immediately
· Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
