Juvenile Casework Manager: Travis County, Austin - Texas - USA
Department: Juvenile Probation / Assessment Services
Salary: $3686.71 - $4608.40 Monthly. Commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions
Coordinates two psychosocial groups including registering participants, serving as the contact person for the probation officers, and recording participant's completion of the program. Supervises several Department staff, including clinical review of their work and performance evaluations. Conducts assessments of mental health and substance abuse among juveniles detained and in the community. Provides diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations for juveniles and their families. Consults with probation officers. Maintains and analyzes data regarding Assessment Center activities and programs. Conducts trainings for staff. Assists with scheduling and coordinating assessments.
Required Qualifications
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in one of the Social or Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Criminal Justice or a directly related field AND four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in social services, community corrections, or juvenile agency, including at least one (1) year in lead, supervisory or management experience.
License: Possession of a valid Texas Driver’s License.

*Must be at least 21 years of age.
*Certification as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Detention Officer or eligible for certification within six (6) months of hire date, including successful completion of CPR First Aid and Handle with Care (state approved physical restraint technique).

The leader would be responsible for achieving departmental objectives through establishing the validation systems and procedures for the new facility, overseeing the documentation and execution of validation protocols to support facility qualification activities and continuing validation support post-demonstration. This leader would visibly demonstrate commitment to site vision and foster the empowered, team based environment.
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
1) Develop, Challenge and Execute the validation activities for the facility start-up and technology transfer of a licensed vaccine bulk product to the Durham Site. Maintain a close liaison function with Operations, Technical Operations, Quality and Bio-Sterile Validation to ensure global alignment on validation strategy.
2) Develops objectives, policies, and site programs relating to the validation activities for the new bulk vaccine facility at the Durham, North Carolina site. Supports all quality and safety initiatives.
3) Oversee validation activities for the Durham bulk facility to ensure that quality standards are achieved and that timing for qualification activities are met.
4) Partner closely with the process validation/tech transfer leader to ensure validation readiness to support salable production, license preparation and pre-approval inspection activities.

Required:
·BS in Chemical, Biochemical, or Biomedical Engineering or Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology, or other Life or Health Science field.
· 10 years post-bachelors degree experience in validation, biologics manufacturing or biologics technical support.

Specific validation experience totaling 5 or more years in at least one of the following areas is required:
· Steam sterilization, including both SIP (sterilize in place) systems and autoclaves.

Jambik, bocah paling gemuk di dunia
Ketika dia masih bayi, kereta dorong dan kursi harus dibuat secara khusus untuk menghindari kerusakan akibat berat badannya. Saat ini dia berusia sembilan tahun, bocah dari kaki gunung itu bernama Dzhambik Khatokhov dan dikenal dengan panggilan Jambik.
Dipercaya menjadi anak paling gemuk di dunia, ukuran sepatunya adalah 8 dan beratnya mencapai 4 kali dari teman-teman sekelasnya. Jambik mempunyai cita-cita untuk mendapatkan emas cabang gulat untuk Rusia di arena Olimpiade.
Tetapi dokter dari Inggris, Ian Campbell, yang telah bertemu dengan bocah itu, mengatakan kesehatannya dalam bahaya. Ibunya, Nelya, umur 42, bersikeras: "Ia hanya tumbuh ke atas dan ke arah luar. Apa yang bisa saya lakukan tentang hal ini? Ini adalah bagaimana Tuhan menciptakan dia."
Tinggi 5 kaki 2 inci, bocah ini telah menjadi selebriti, rumahnya berada di kota Nalchik di bagian Rusia Selatan, Republik Kabardino-Balkaria. Ibunya Nelya bercerai dari suaminya ketika dia mengandung Jambik, dan menjelaskan: "Dia bersama wanita lain, sehingga kami bercerai". "Jambik adalah kelahiran yang mudah bagi saya - lebih mudah daripada dua anak laki-laki saya yang lain. Ia mulai mendapatkan berat dua kali secepat anak-anak lainnya. Dalam setahun ia mencapai dua kali ukuran dari bayi lainnya ."
