Product Manager Industrial- Cooking Oil, Shortenings and Margarine.

110,000 hectares, own and operate 12 CPO mills, two kernel crushing
plants and two large cooking oil refineries as well as manufacturing
facilities for margarine and shortenings. Our client is a subsidiary of
one of the largest oil palm-based private company in the world which is
listed in Singapore. This relationship benefits our client with its

Product Manager Industrial- Cooking oil, shortenings and margarine.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Managing the overall marketing, brand building & product promotion
and sales support activities to ensure successful achievement of
business objectives (annual sales target).
* Ensure that established & new launch products achieve significant
market position.
* Achieve the annual sales target (volume & value), market share,
numeric distribution, merchandising and display standard nationwide.
* Drive a sustainable increase in consumption through an integrated
range of innovative and effective brand marketing, promotion and sales.

* Identify new ideas and with significant value, opportunities for
new product development and promotion.
* Develop action plan and directly coordinate and supervise all below
the line promotion program across the country.

Requirements & Qualifications :

� Indonesian, Male/ Female, 28- 36, At least S-1 Degree in
Foods Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceuticals. MM/ MBA
Degree is an advantage.

� Strong `passion' in foods, experienced and
currently is working as Product Manager-Industrial, Cooking oil,
margarine, and shortenings with multinational or regionally & locally
operating manufacturing company.

� Experience as Product Manager with CPO-Based cooking oil
refinery or margarine and shortenings manufacturing company specifically
managing industrial products (cooking oil, margarine, and shortenings)
is very essential and major requirement, with minimum 5 -6 years
experience in Brand/ Product Management.

� Experienced in branded cooking oil market specifically in
Industrial market that deals with biscuit & confectionary industry,
bakery & cake shops, hotels & restaurants, as well as international food
service chains is a clear advantage.

� Good knowledge in HACCP, ISO 9001& ISO 2002 Quality system.

� Strong analytical thinking & numerical skills, hands-on,
supported with self-starter and excellent team player skills.

� Strong customer orientation skills & attitude.

� Excellent spoken and written English skills is essential.

� Knowledge of Mandarin is a definite advantage.
