INSIDE SALES

Job Requirements:
·         Minimum 1 year sales experience or relevant role; having experience working in IT company will be advantage
·         Proficiency in Bahasa and English
·         Good knowledge of MS Office
·         Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
·         Passion for sales
·         Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
·         Minimum Diploma degree

Job Responsibilities:

·         To learn the full range of company’s technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.
·         To sell products/services (a broad range of non-enterprise level hardware products and services) to medium businesses or consumer accounts.
·         To build account relationships with smaller customers/partners typically within a single industry.
·         To involve occasionally in outside sales with advanced Inside Sales support.
·         To cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process
·         To learn company’s technology, products, and services in order to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.
·         To understand the administrative and operational requirements of the job.
·         To demonstrate good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
