Android Phone Error : The connection to your mail server timed out. Please check your mail settings.

User already set-up exchange mail on an Android phone, but appear error : 

The connection to your mail server timed out. Please check your mail settings.

This is due to the problem of inheriting permissions. Must be set-up permission inherit again.

Steps that need to be done:
- Open active directory users on email server exchange
- Select the security tab, then click the advance button: 

- Untick include inherit
 

 - Appears Warning : If you proceed, inheritable parent permission will no longer propagate to this object.

Click Add button.

 

- Tick again include inherit

- Appears Warning. The change you are about to make will result in 89 permissions being added to the access control list. Click Yes and apply button.

- Inherit permission finish. Ask your user to set-up exchange email again on Android Phone. 

It should be smooth to login, there are no errors like the one above
