HRM (Training and Development)

Responsibilities :
•Responsible to manage the needs of the company which encompasses the staffing requirements, review, recruitment, hiring, counseling and training activities for the company in order to ensure the effective process of employee hiring and employee development as company standard
•Leading manpower planning and implementation for head office and regional branches, as well as coordination with other departments
•Initiating the performance management process (i.e performance appraisal based on competency and key performance indicator evaluation) for the company
•Develop policies in accordance with corporate strategies and guidelines
•Arrangement of Job Description, Job Specification and SOP

Requirements :
•Male/female, max 40 years old
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
•At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Property Developer Company)
•Posses good presentation, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
•A team player who takes initiative and able to work under pressure
•Computer literacy ( MS Office & Internet)
•Knowledge of labor regulations, negotiations, human behavior and performance
•Willing to travel
